Behind JSIS is a team of highly skilled specialists who bring extensive expertise in polyurethane manufacturing, industrial plastics, piping and on-site services. With decades of hands-on experience in heavy industry across Australia, our people are the driving force behind the high-quality products and proven solutions we deliver to the mining, construction, ports and sugar sectors.
Duncan began his career in 1986 as a Diesel Fitter apprentice at BHP’s Goonyella Mine before transitioning into BHP Transport, where he completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Marine Engineering) and Engineering Class 1 Certification. He later earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Monash University.
With more than 22 years as Engineering Superintendent and Company Director of Daltug Pty Ltd, Duncan brings high-level engineering leadership, operational understanding and technical capability that supports the ongoing growth of JSIS’s service portfolio.
Darren is a qualified Diesel Fitter with over 43 years of industry experience. He has served as Executive Director, Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director of HRL Holdings, and formerly as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Diversified Mining Services Ltd.
He also founded and expanded the Anderson Group of Companies from a single-person operation into a business with over 300 employees and 12 divisions, servicing coal and industrial clients nationally and internationally. His business leadership continues to strengthen JSIS’s polyurethane service capabilities.
Brad began his career at JSIS Engineering in 1999 as a Trades Assistant in the Polyurethane Factory. To broaden his experience, he moved into the mining sector where he completed his Mechanical Fitting trade. After qualifying, he spent three years in fill-in mechanical fitting roles, followed by extensive shutdown work—ranging from minor to major shutdown.
With 27 years of combined experience across the mining sector and the polyurethane manufacturing industry, he brings deep technical knowledge, leadership, and a strong passion for continual growth—driving JSIS Engineering forward
Emily is our Sales & HR Coordinator at JSIS Engineering, bringing over 5 years’ industry experience supporting the sale and delivery of engineered piping and industrial plastic solutions across a wide range of applications.
She works closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth job delivery, while also managing key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and workplace support—helping drive efficient operations, compliance, and strong collaboration between site and office teams.
Telia is an experienced Administration Manager overseeing daily administrative and accounting operations to ensure efficient, well-organised business processes. She supports leadership teams, manages office systems, and implements procedures that improve productivity and workflow.
With 25 years of accounts and bookkeeping experience across the mining and construction industries, Telia is known for her attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and clear communication. Her proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement contribute to a structured, reliable, and high-performing workplace.
